So many things are made better with a little gravy. Lentil loaf, fries of all kinds and of course this veggie wellington. This simple recipe is the easiest one I have found. It takes just a few minutes to make and it’s worth every second.
Simple Vegan Gravy

2 cups of vegetable broth
3 Tbsp of corn starch
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
3 Tbsp of nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp of onion flakes
Directions
- In a small pot, stir together the soy sauce and corn starch.
- Stir in the broth, nutritional yeast and onion flakes.
- Slowly bring to a boil, stirring often.
- Let simmer until you’re ready to eat.
