So many things are made better with a little gravy. Lentil loaf, fries of all kinds and of course this veggie wellington. This simple recipe is the easiest one I have found. It takes just a few minutes to make and it’s worth every second.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of vegetable broth

  • 3 Tbsp of corn starch

  • 1 Tbsp of soy sauce

  • 3 Tbsp of nutritional yeast

  • 1 Tbsp of onion flakes

Directions

  • In a small pot, stir together the soy sauce and corn starch.
  • Stir in the broth, nutritional yeast and onion flakes.
  • Slowly bring to a boil, stirring often.
  • Let simmer until you’re ready to eat.
