What’s the big idea?
VegHead For A Day is a low commitment, flavour rich opportunity to stay healthy, lower your carbon footprint and reduce suffering!
Who is this for?
We are not here to try and convince anyone to become vegetarian or vegan. We’ve been there and done that and it’s way too much work. If you’re reading this then you are probably already interested in plant-based living on some level . VegHead For A Day is for you, and anyone like you that cares about their health, the planet and all the creatures that inhabit it.
Why now?
It’s never a bad time to think about your health and reduce our collective carbon footprint, and a plant based diet is an easy thing we can all do to help ourselves and the planet!
When can I fit this in?
You can pick any day you like to go veg, but it is probably best to pick a day of the week and stick with it. For 28 weeks VegHead will provide the shopping list, the recipes and the inspiration to help you make a positive change for yourself and the planet.
Where am I going to get the things I need?
We will keep it simple! Most of the ingredients are already in your kitchen or available at your local grocery store. If something out of the ordinary is required we’ll try our best to point you in the right direction.
