1 onion, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 Tbsp of dried oregano
1 Tbsp of dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a pan over medium heat, add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent.
- Add the can of tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Use and immersion blender to blend the sauce to a nice consistency.
