Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp of dried oregano

  • 1 Tbsp of dried basil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a pan over medium heat, add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent.
  • Add the can of tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Use and immersion blender to blend the sauce to a nice consistency.
  • That’s it!
