Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted.

  • 1 1/2 cups of strawberries, stems removed

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas, peeled

  • 1/4 cup of pea protein or protein powder

  • 1/2 cup of oat milk

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth-eh.
