We’re always looking for quick and easy snacks to take on outings. Nuts are great but sometimes you just want something different. These no bake energy bites are just the ticket. They’re easy to make, with ingredients that you probably have in the cupboard. The peanut and raisin flavours steal the show in this yummy snack. The nice thing is that they are light and easy to toss in your panier bag or knapsack. You can experiment too. I thought you might put some chocolate chips in there too but maybe that’s over the top.
