Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour

  • 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips

Directions

  • Line an 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, add 1 cup of peanut butter, the maple syrup and coconut flour and stir until well blended.
  • Transfer the mixture to the baking pan and smooth into a uniform layer.
  • Add the chocolate chips and remaining 1/2 cup of peanut butter to a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Heat 30 second at a time until the chocolate is soft and melted, then stir until smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the almond butter filling and smooth into an even layer.
  • Pu the pan in the freezer for 45-60 minutes.
