OK I admit it, I just made that up. It’s a space saving name for a great breakfast shake. There are few flavours better than chocolate and banana. Throw in some dates for sweetness and you won’t be able to decide whether this is breakfast or dessert! This shake has it all, protein and great taste all in one quick and easy breakfast drink.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 of a cup of water

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 pitted date

  • 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 2 Tbsp of protein powder (we use pea protein from Bulk Barn)

  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth… It’s that easy.

Notes

  • If you like peanut butter go ahead and put in a Tbsp of natural peanut butter too.
