You often hear nutritionists talk about whole foods and the importance of clean eating. Well these four ingredient cookies are pretty decent. These are terrific as a snack or dessert. With only four ingredients you can whip these up after dinner, after school or whenever your crew wants a tasty treat.

Quick and healthy 4 ingredient “cookies”. These ones can even be eaten for breakfast. Filling and healthy you don’t even need to feel guilty.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 cups of oats

  • 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips (check to make sure they don’t have milk)

  • 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F
  • Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the other ingredients and mix well.
  • Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment or a silicone cooking mat
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Let cool so that the chocolate chips become firm – Enjoy!

Notes

  • I don’t really find you need any other ingredients but I have also made these with .5 tsp cinnamon and .25 tsp salt. The 1/2 c of fillings can be made up of just about anything that goes with oats and banana. Try your own and let us know what you came up with.
