The first time we made these I was a bit skeptical, but after tasting them I was sold. These brownies are so moist and yummy I felt like stating that the serving size was 1 instead of 12!
Decadent Chocolate Brownies

3 ripe bananas mashed
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1/4 oatmilk
1/3 cup of peanut butter
2 tsps vanilla extract
2 chia eggs (2 Tbsps chia combined with 6 Tbsps water)
1 cup of all purpose or oat flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of vegan chocolate chips
1/4 Walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Make the chia eggs by combining the chia and water in a small bowl, and set aside.
- In a larger bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
- Add in the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- Fold the chocolate chips and walnuts into the mixture.
- Line an 8″ x 8″ baking pan with parchment paper.
- Evenly spread the batter in the pan.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes .
- Dust with icing sugar before serving if you’re feeling fancy.
