1/2 cup of rolled oats
3/4 cup of oat milk
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp cocoa powder
Small pinch of salt
2 Tbsps peanut butter
Vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a smaller pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Lower heat and stir until the oatmeal thickens to your desired consistency.
- Serve with extra milk and chocolate chips if desired.
