Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 2 Tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1 cup of oat milk

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 Tbsp of maple syrup

  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon (optional)

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries or strawberries (optional)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a clean jar and mix well.
  • Put the lid on the jar and refrigerate over night.
