1/2 cup of rolled oats
2 Tbsp of chia seeds
1 cup of oat milk
1 pinch of salt
2 Tbsp of maple syrup
Juice of 1/2 a lemon (optional)
1/2 cup of blueberries or strawberries (optional)

- Add all ingredients to a clean jar and mix well.
- Put the lid on the jar and refrigerate over night.
