Back in the day we would order pizza from our local purveyor of pies on a weekly basis. When we went vegan that quickly ended. Now days the vegan “cheese” is good enough that we enjoy a good pizza again. The key I find is to not use too much “cheese”. This classic pizza uses a homemade dough and sauce, but if you want you can buy both. It’s kind of fun though if you have the time to make it all yourself. So buon appetito!
