I have to admit that when Kyla suggested this recipe I was a bit skeptical. Who would be crazy enough to put tofu on avocado toast? At first, visions of a tofu scramble came to mind, but I’ve got to say that this tofu is the bomb. I was eating the leftovers like popcorn. So don’t be a Dave. Making this simple lunch is easy and you will definitely be glad you did.
