The mango lassi is something like a milkshake or smoothie. Lassi refers to any drink made using yogurt so while there are different types of lassi, mango seems to be the most popular. It is thick and cool and bursting with mango flavour. When we used to take the kids to an Indian restaurant you could rest assured that they would order a mango lassi. It’s a treat that is super easy to make with very few ingredients. So fire up the blender and be prepared for a little taste of India.
