Gazpacho soup is another one of those summertime foods that make the season that much better. Local markets are open and the produce is farm fresh. This cool lunch is perfect for those hot days when you don’t want to use the stove, and it is so quick and easy you’ll find yourself making it again and again. Paired with a nice baguette this will make you feel like you’re living large.
