Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes

  • 1 English cucumber, peeled

  • 1 green pepper, stemmed and deseeded

  • 1 green chili, stemmed and deseeded

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 3 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar

  • 3 Tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 large garlic clove, roughly chopped

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper

  • cilantro for garnish

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth or your preferred consistency.
  • Serve chilled with cilantro garnish.
